Health Information Technology

Prepare for an exciting career in health information technology (health IT) at Thomas Edison State University (TESU). Learn how to help ensure health information is confidential and available when and where it is needed. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of health information technologists is projected to grow 16 percent (much higher than average) until 2032. Develop the skills and knowledge to manage computerized information systems that support the storage, retrieval, sharing and use of health-related data for communication and decision-making.

As a graduate of this program, you will be able to:
