School of Business and Management

The School of Business and Management provides relevant, rigorous and career-focused degree programs that prepare leaders to add value to their firms and organizations in the dynamic global marketplace. Like all of Thomas Edison State University schools, our pedagogy, credit-earning opportunities and formats meet the needs of self-directed adults who seek to achieve educational and professional goals.

BS in Business Administration (BSBA)

The BSBA degree program at Thomas Edison State University enables adults to achieve college-level competence in business and the arts and sciences.

BS in Organizational Leadership (BSOL)

The BSOL degree program addresses the educational needs of the corporate, nonprofit and government sectors by providing working adults an excellent opportunity to understand the roles and personal dynamics required to be an effective organizational leader.

MS in Management (MSM) and MS in Human Resources Management (MSHRM)

These degree programs prepare students to become strategic leaders in their industries. The University’s graduate program in human resources is aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

The MBA degree program is an accelerated, highly flexible and career-focused degree program that is offered completely online and provides graduates with competencies that are in demand by the fastest growing professions and industries.

Doctor of Business Administration Degree (DBA)

The DBA is an online doctoral degree program with Areas of Study in Organizational Leadership, Human Resource Management and General Management. Designed to enable business students and professionals to advance their careers as executive leaders, educators and consultants.
