Human Resources Management concentration
Learn how to recruit and support an organization’s biggest asset - its employees - with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Our 18-credit program is designed for emerging leaders who want to impact workplaces with the latest human capital management strategies. Gain new skills in human capital management and maximize your leadership opportunities with a focus on employee selection, training, management development, industrial relations, compensation and the dynamics of organizational behavior.
Once complete, you may also earn an Undergraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management.
